The court intervention pauses this pricing adjustment while the legal review continues. The suspension does not restore processing capabilities, leaving operators with pending applications to wait for the September ruling. Licenses that lapse during the freeze are recorded as expired in the official registry. Payment and compliance departments verify operator standing through this public register rather than through pending court filings. The regulatory package also introduces a 6 percent levy on advertising expenditures, which scales directly with marketing budgets.The licensing provider manages over 300 permits across eight jurisdictions with no recorded rejections to date.
